How it works:
After we process your order, you will receive an email from Castos, our audiobook host, letting you know that you’ve been added as a private subscriber to the Grief One Day at a Time Audiobook. It will give you the option of downloading the Castos app on your mobile device.
We recommend downloading the app for simplest use, but you can also add the private feed to your existing podcast app. You can find out more about adding the private feed to your podcast app, or listening on a computer, here.
Each day’s meditation will be made available at 7 a.m. MT. Within the Castos app you can customize notification settings, download the episode to listen while away from WiFi and more. After each day is released you’ll have access to the entire back catalog of readings to listen back to favorites whenever you’d like.
