As we move forward with our training we will continue to keep participants updated about safety procedures and policy. We are also working closely with the Hilton Fort Collins to ensure the best possible experience for participants while adhering to local guidelines.
Here are some of the steps we are taking to keep you safe:
1) Vaccination — We do not require vaccination to attend Center for Loss trainings. However, we strongly encourage it and believe that most or all participants will be vaccinated. All Center for Loss staff is fully vaccinated and boosted.
1) Face Coverings — Larimer County currently does not require mask usage in indoor spaces. Given the rise in cases due to the Omicron variant, we encourage mask use even among vaccinated individuals, especially when moving around the hotel. You may choose to keep your mask on or remove it while seated at your table. Keep in mind that other businesses and restaurants in Fort Collins may have their own mask policy, and please be respectful of those policies.
2) Social Distancing — We will be using the largest conference room available at the Hilton to allow for as much spacing as possible between participants seated at tables. Participants are always welcome to move their chair to create more space as they see fit. We ask that you stay mindful of this space when moving around the classroom during breaks and before/after class.
3) Food and Beverage — Breakfast and lunch will be served in a buffet style. There will be plenty of tables and room to spread out in the lunch room, however you may also consider eating outside in the gorgeous Fort Collins weather or in you room.
In addition, sanitation stations have been set up all over the Hiltonand the layout within the hotels have been adjusted to maximize space for individuals moving within the hotel.
We feel fortunate in that we’ve been able to safely provide these trainings throughout 2021. We recognize that the current national and global situation is evolving, and everyone has different circumstances. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at nicole@centerforloss.com.
