We make every effort to help you find the appropriate resources for your needs. However, if you find that a book does not meet your needs, it can be returned for a refund. To return books, you must contact The Center for Loss within 30 days of the date on your invoice. We will accept returns of books if received in undamaged, re-saleable condition. We do not refund shipping or tax unless the problem is our fault, such as shipping you the wrong book. Returns received in damaged condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please note that discounted items CAN NOT be returned. This includes any items discounted for bulk purchases.
WHOLESALERS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The Center for Loss will NOT accept returns of any kind for books purchased with a wholesale or otherwise discounted price.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping time will vary by your location and shipping method.
Orders to Canada and other international destinations may take 1-5 days for processing before shipment.
